Copper Bonded Earth Rod

Our company offers copper bonded earth rods made with high-quality base materials of reputed brands such as VSP, JSW etc of Grade SAE 1018. We also provide a test certificate for the same. These rods are bonded using 99.9% pure electrolytic copper which results in higher mechanical tensile strength and corrosion resistance .Our copper bonded earth rods are ideal for use in high salt and high resistivity soil conditions. Additionally, the roll threading method used on the rods for threads increases their strength and eliminates the chance of thread chipping during installation into the ground. Each and every process is currently done inhouse.

250 Microns

• We make copper bonded earth rods having 250 microns of copper coating which pass UL standards

• Our copper bonded earth rod also passes bend test and doesnot crack even after rotating 180 degree

• We use only branded meters such as FISCHER for measuring microns/copper coating thickness

• Each rod is packed in a single plastic tube

• Each rod is stamped as per marking required

• Caps are inserted on both ends for protection of threads during transit

• Bundles are made of rods and packed in anther plastic bag

• VCI bags are also available as an option which help in absorbing moisture in the air

• Plastic tube can be printed according to branding required

• Pallets can also be made as per requirement

• Material is then loaded and can directly dispatched to nearest port
